Portable Fiberglass System

KIETEK IS MATERIAL HANDLING

PORTABLE FIBERGLASS SYSTEM

KieTek is proud to present our temporary fiberglass systems for introduction into ball mat systems. Fiberglass systems have an advantage over steel, they won’t rust, collect debris or a lite snow and they are perfect for humid environments. These systems are excellent for that first introductory step into ball mat systems. They are economically priced and easy to install. Although these systems are qualified as a temporary structure, with proper care such systems can last indefinitely.

Temporary fiberglass systems can be elevated or placed directly onto the floor (system height limitations may vary depending on handling weights). These systems can be modified to each customer’s specifications. Customer modifications can be made on site at any time. Temporary systems are not to exceed handling weights greater than 15,000 lbs without the addition of a structural subframe and/or proper sideguide anchoring. We welcome you to try a temporary fiberglass system today.
Temporary/Portable Fiberglass Ball Mat can dramatically improve your material handling with the following benefits –
  • Quick & Easy Staging Time
  • Great for tight quarters – goes where fork-lifts cannot go
  • Adjustable Roll-Plane Height (Profiles from 1.5” to 4.5”)
  • Chemical Resistant
  •  Slip & Shock Resistant
  • Quick & Simple to go from Bi-Directional to Omni-Directional movement for containers
  • Easy to arrange/replace damaged sections
  • Easily move heavy loads quickly & safely by hand

FIBERGLASS LOCKS AND TIES

KieTek has a number of fiberglass locking mechanisms for various applications. If you need to lock in a container for storage, simply drop a lock into the fiberglass grid. We also provide edge locks which can hold a container tight to one side for staging.

There is also the tried and true flip lock which can flip up to create barriers than drop down to allow flow through. We have developed a unique method for attaching these fiberglass panels together in nearly any configuration imaginable. If you have a unique need for cargo containment we will work with you every step of the way.
